This thread was created as a better organization tool for keeping track of those of our number who may be absent for whatever reason for whatever length of time. This is to ensure that nothing happens to their characters and accounts while they are away.
For those who will be absent, we ask that you please post here by filling out the following form, and thank you for taking the time to do so.

Those who do not alert us may find their account upon their return back to validating status if gone longer than a week without any word. Thank you for your understanding. An account will only be deleted 100 days after that first week if there is no activity what-so-ever. We hope you'll understand, but we're sure this would give anyone plenty of time to return before their characters account(s) are deleted.
